The scuba diving is a scam. The water is not deep at all and dirty. The restaurant was extremely crowded; had to go eat at a different place and pay from my pocket. Not enough time in Phi Phi islands at all.

This was the worst tour I've been on. While they did take us to the locations promised, I felt like a cog in a highly commercialized experience. We had 50 people on the speedboat. The picture posted looked like there would be 8. Every location we were encouraged to buy more experiences, spend more money. In return, there was zero personalization. Lunch was mass buffet that fed hundreds and the promised snack was tiny. There was also one toilet per hundreds of people at each location that were unclean and sometimes you had to pay. The whole thing felt like a money grab. For a person who has travelled and toured extensively, this was the worst. Over promised and under delivered. Very disappointing.

Tour and food was really good. Guides could have been more friendly and sometimes they spoke rude when we asked for some helps.. and just for the commission they will give some random examples and scare you to buy beach shoes.. better to get it from outside..

Nice experience. Islands & beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed the longtail boat ride (1 hr) at Pileh Lagoon where we got to swim. We did not do snorkelling at the earlier spot. Speed boat ride was choppy esp on return. Lunch was wholesome but quite basic - rice options, noodles, chicken, fried fish, vegetarian. Kudos to Bobby our guide & his team for taking good care & an entertaining trip.

The trip was very well organized. Right from the pick from the hotel in the morning to the drop back in the evening, everything was meticulously executed. Jackie, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the details with a little touch of humour. The catamaran staff were polite and helpful too. Snorkeling in the open sea was the highlight of the trip. The view from Maya bay was magical. I highly recommend this activity.
